The conference was hosted by CMAI Association of India, the apex premier and foremost non-profit trade promotion organization in India.

Started in 2007 to felicitate the best Telecom companies, Service Operators, Research and Development & Innovations, the awards are considered to be the ultimate recognition in the telecom Sector. The awards were presented by Shri K Rehman Khan, Hon’ble Dy Chairman, Rajya Sabha. Other guests of honor included Shri Sachin Pilot, Minister of State for Communication & IT and Shri Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia, Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
